If something isn’t desirable to users, viable for a business or feasibly possible - then it’s not a recipe for success.

At Versa

We had relationships with Google and Amazon, specializing in building out enterprise-level voice experiences for Google Home and Alexa devices.

While I enjoyed working on flashy brands like Coke-a-cola and Kimberly-Clark, I took the most joy in re-designing public government websites like the Children’s Court of Victoria and creating a Suite of educational tools for the Department of Education and Training Victoria.

At MYOB

I fell in love with products, platforms and fintech. I personally developed and scaled product discovery frameworks that put the needs of customers before stakeholders. This allowed us to develop meaningful value for thousands of small and medium business owners.

At Block

I was originally hired to replicate the product impact I achieved at MYOB. I was recognised for my product and design leadership and was promoted to Senior Design Manager and was given accountability for our merchant design team.

Until recently, I was leading the merchant design teams for Cash App and Afterpay, crafting and supporting global cross-functional strategy.

To foster high-performing teams, each team member needs to feel a sense of agency and ownership over a product’s success.

Building distributed accountability and ownership within a team is paramount to the innovation of products and services.

It also makes the work more fun.
